What is mindset?
Mindset refers to the way a person thinks, feels, and acts.
It includes their focus, awareness, beliefs, and behavior patterns that influence how they deal with situations and challenges in their life.
A combination of thoughts, beliefs, and emotions determines how a person perceives, reacts to, and handles different situations.
A positive mentality can help you confront challenges, grow personally, and achieve success in life.
You can't achieve what you want in life if you're not willing to put in the work.
You have to believe that you can do it and then go out and do it—no excuses.
The first step is admitting that you are in control of your own future. I know it's tough, but once you realize this, everything else will follow.
Once you realize this, then the next step is to start taking action toward your goal. Don't wait for someone else to make it happen; take charge of your destiny!
You should make a plan of action and stick with the plan until your goal is reached. Make sure the plan includes all aspects of achieving your goal; don't leave anything out!
When implementing an action plan on how to achieve something, it's important that you follow through with every step until completion. Don't give up just because something gets hard or challenging--stick with it!

Hi, I am Marixanne
Born in Curaçao, currently living in Holland with a big love for Madrid.
I am a multipreneur, a teacher, and an optimist dedicated to helping you become the person you want to be.
I have an honest and direct style of coaching that (I’ve been told) my clients appreciate.
I will usevariousf tools and strategies to help you shift limiting beliefs and achieve your goals. I help you to elevate your mindset. No wonder they call me : The Mindset Expert.

My coaching sessions are 1:1 or minor group settings.
Besides the sessions, I also host inspiring masterclasses, in company training, therapeutic sessions, and online training.
With my background as a teacher, I master the skills of listening, being empathic, and helping you grow.
Language doesn't have to be a barrier; I speak Dutch, English, Spanish, and Papiamentu.

Ik heb nu al twee keer de mogelijkheid gehad om een Vision Board Master class bij Marixanne te volgen. Echt super fijne middagen waren het, waarbij ik met de coaching van Marixanne mijn ideeën, dromen en plannen zichtbaar en helder heb gemaakt dmv de visionboard. Altijd van gehoord, maar nooit serieus mee aan de slag gegaan tot nu. Door de Master classes heb ik mijn ideeën/dromen/plannen die al een hele tijd in mijn hoofd zaten op mijn visionboard gezet. Ik heb ze gemanifesteerd en er heel hard naar toe gewerkt en het is mij zeker gelukt om enkele van deze doelen al te behalen.
